These algorithms are coming from OpenTURNS (or linked library) so I think the best is to look at the OpenTURNS documentation:
- Calibration (see the section calibration) : Data analysis — OpenTURNS 1.21 documentation
- Optimization algorithm : there are lots of different algorithms (local or global, with or without gradient, evolutionary, for multi objective problems) so I advice you to look at the different class available in OpenTURNS : Optimization — OpenTURNS 1.21 documentation. You can find the sources where the library comes from.
